Adult Classes

The health benefits of training in Aikido are numerous. Our classes emphasize proper breathing, balance, and posture and, as a result, steadily improve student’s physical and mental conditioning in daily life, and provides a sense of being energized and centered. With the lack of competition in our dojo, as well as the emphasis on blending with an attack rather than meeting it with force, gradually helps our students adapt to a less aggressive attitude in situations of conflict. The sense of well-being and contentment our students find in training with us is one of the many benefits of practicing Seidokan Aikido.
